About the course

Pittsworth Golf Club is in the Darling Downs town of Pittsworth, about 40 kilometres west of Toowoomba, and says it welcomes social players. The club is one of 19 clubs affiliated with the Darling Downs Golf Association and plays in the association's Zone 2, with Clifton, Millmerran and Toowoomba. It has a long part in district golf administration: two Pittsworth members served as association president in the 1970s and 1980s, and the club is represented on the current association committee.

The Pittsworth Open Day is a regular date on the district calendar, set down for 15 February in 2026 and 14 February in 2027, and the club was the 2026 venue for the Zone 2 championships on 19 July. It is on the roster to host them again in 2030 and to host the association's Committee Challenge in 2034. A Pittsworth player won the 2026 district sand greens championship at Texas. The club fields a team in the association's handicap pennants, where it lost the 2026 Handicap 3 final to Warwick 3 to 2, and it is slotted into Division 3 for 2027.

Holes, par, green fees and visitor times are not published online, so contact the club before visiting.
