About the course
Brookton Golf Club is in the Wheatbelt town of Brookton, where golf is run by the Brookton Country Club, a combined bowls and golf club listed by the Shire of Brookton under sport and recreation. Golf WA's club directory places the course at 11207 Great Southern Highway and classes it as a public-access course.
The course was a sand-green layout when Brookton hosted the Aglime State Sand Greens Championship in 2016, and in July 2018 the club staged the three-day Women's Provincial Tournament.
The club is still active on the state country calendar. Golf WA's 2026 fixture list includes a Brookton men's open weekend and a ladies' open day, and Brookton members played in the 2026 Men's Country Week. In September 2023 Brookton was one of three host clubs on the GolfWA RV Tour, offering its course, clubhouse facilities and unpowered caravan and RV sites to touring golfers.
The course plays to a par of 70. The number of holes and green fees are not published online, and the country club's website is no longer working. Contact the club on (08) 9642 1190 or by email at mail@brooktoncountryclub.com.au before visiting.
