About the course

Blyth Golf Club is a volunteer-run country club at 1009 Blyth Road, Blyth, in the Wakefield Regional Council area of the Mid North. It is one of the town's sporting clubs listed by the council, and the golf course is on Crown land under the council's care and control.

The season runs through autumn and winter. The 2026 season opened on 26 April and closed on Sunday 27 September with a three-person ambrose, three-club competition that drew eight teams. In August 2026 the club revived the Blyth Business and Farmers Golf Day after a ten-year break, with 13 teams and 52 players. The club's annual general meeting is held in November.

The club advertises the course as open to all, with a green fee of $10. Enquiries go to Mark Howard on 0403 020 190. Annual subscriptions for 2026 were $120 for a full member, $70 for a first-year member and $60 for a social member.

The council's 2026/27 community grants gave the club $25,000 towards a second-hand Toro wide-area ride-on mower, the largest grant in that round.

The number of holes, par and the type of greens are not published in the sources available, so check with the club before travelling.
