About the course

Kadina Golf Club, on Russack Road in Kadina in the Copper Triangle of Yorke Peninsula, was established in 1904 and was one of the founding member clubs of the South Australian Golf Association.

Its 18-hole course has sand greens. The club has twice hosted the SA Sandgreens championship and has also staged a PGA Legends Tour pro-am.

Visitors and newcomers are welcome, and the green fee for non-members is $20. Golf is played in a winter season from April to September. Competitions are held every Tuesday, with women hitting off at 9.30am and men at 12.30pm, and on Saturdays, with a draw at the clubhouse and both men and women welcome. A Sunday competition is held once a month, with details on the club's Facebook page. For regular visitors, a $100 social membership includes a Golflink number, five competition rounds and use of the course on non-competition days.

The modern clubhouse has a full kitchen, and the bar is open on competition days. The clubhouse can be hired all year for weddings and private or business functions.
