About the course

North Haven Golf Course is a public nine-hole course at Outer Harbor, near the railway station, and the only golf course on the Lefevre Peninsula in Adelaide's western suburbs. It is run by JAG Golf, managed by PGA professional Christine Burton, and is home to the North Haven Golf Club, a social club with a focus on women's and junior golf.

The course measures 2630 metres and plays to a par of 34, with three par 3s, five par 4s and one par 5. The first four holes run around the boundary with out of bounds on the left, and the rest use the inner part of the site. Sea breezes play a part.

  • 4th: a 390-metre par 4, the toughest on the course, played into the south-westerly.
  • 6th: the only par 5, 454 metres to a long, narrow green.
  • 8th: a 205-metre par 3 from the blue tees, with two deep bunkers in front of a narrow green.

The JAG 2026 price list shows weekday green fees of $18 for nine holes and $27 for 18, rising to $22 and $33 on weekends and public holidays, with juniors at $12 and $18. After 5pm, unlimited holes cost $18. Electric carts are $25 for nine holes and $45 for 18, and full sets, half sets and pull buggies can be hired. Tee times are booked through the pro shop by phone.

The pro shop sells new and used clubs, apparel and accessories, and offers club fitting, repairs and regripping, with lessons and clinics for all levels. The clubhouse and pro shop are licensed and serve snacks, meals and drinks daily.
