About the course
Apsley Golf Club is at 2017 Wimmera Highway, Apsley, a small West Wimmera town about 10.5 kilometres from the South Australian border. The town, settled in the late 1840s, sits in a natural hollow surrounded by red gums and native bushland.
The course has 18 holes with sand greens. It is undulating and lined with native wattles, with plenty of birdlife and other wildlife.
The club is affiliated with the Wimmera District Golf Association, and its annual Apsley Golf Club Tournament is on the association's 2026 tournament schedule, set down for 10 to 16 July. The club has licensed clubrooms, and the shire lists a sports pavilion, toilets, lighting, shade and on-site parking at the ground.
Green fees, playing days and booking details are not published on a current, dated source, so contact the club through its Facebook page before travelling.
