About the course
Minyip Golf Club is on Golf Road at Minyip in Yarriambiack Shire. In 1984 Crawford Productions chose the town to play Coopers Crossing in the television series The Flying Doctors. The club runs a sand scrape course and is an affiliated club of the Wimmera District Golf Association.
The course is open from April to September. Eighteen-hole events are played on Wednesdays and Sundays. On Fridays there is a chicken run: players gather at 3pm for a 3.15pm tee-off. The club welcomes new members.
On the district association's 2026 calendar, Minyip's annual tournament week ran from 24 to 30 August. Green fees and visitor arrangements are not published online.
