About the course
Kendenup Country Club is on Beverley Road at Kendenup, a small town in the Shire of Plantagenet about 20 km north of Mount Barker and east of Albany Highway. Mount Barker itself is about 50 km north of Albany. GolfWA lists the club as a public access course, and its fixtures calendar uses the name Kendenup Golf Club.
The club is a regular host on the Great Southern calendar. In 2026 it held a women's open day on 24 July, a Lower Great Southern Women's Golf Association open day on 31 July, a 4BBB on 14 August and the district association championships over 15 and 16 August. GolfWA's draft 2027 calendar repeats the 4BBB on 13 August 2027 and the championships on 14 and 15 August 2027. The club was also one of the venues for GolfWA-backed women's coaching clinics run across the region by community coaches and mentors.
