About the course
Meekatharra Golf Club is in Meekatharra, the largest centre in the Murchison, about 500 km inland from Geraldton in a mining, sheep and cattle district that grew from gold prospecting in the 1890s. The course is about 3 km out of town off the Goldfields Highway. The Shire of Meekatharra calls it a valued local facility and lists the golf club in its clubs and groups directory. GolfWA's club directory classes it as a public-access course and gives its address as Wiluna Road, the road north out of town.
The club's main event is the annual Meekatharra Golf Open, held in May, which appears on GolfWA's fixture calendar.
The number of holes, par, greens type, green fees and visitor arrangements are not published online.
