About the course

Narrogin Golf Club is set in red gum country on Williams Narrogin Road, about 7 km west of the Narrogin townsite. The club gives 1906 as its year of establishment on its website, while its constitution records the club as inaugurated in 1912 and incorporated in 1952.

The course is a par 72 played over 18 holes with sand greens, and it is a winter course, with the main club season running through the cooler months. Under the club's current ratings the blue men's tees measure about 6,100 metres, the white tees about 5,660 metres and the red tees about 5,180 metres, with separate ratings for each nine.

Non-members and visitors can play private and social games for a green fee of $10, whether for nine or 18 holes, under the club's 2026 fee schedule. Visitors who join a nine-hole scroungers or summer golf competition pay the $5 competition fee plus an extra $5 green fee. The club publishes its fixtures and results on its website, and its calendar includes the Ngn Cup and team events such as a four-ball best-ball day.

The club has a bar, run by a bar manager from the committee. Its website gives no details of practice facilities or hire equipment, so visitors should contact the club by email at ngngolf@bigpond.net.au before travelling.
