About the course

Yanchep Golf Course is a nine-hole course inside Yanchep National Park, about an hour's drive north of Perth. The park sits on the northern Swan Coastal Plain among tuart and banksia woodland, and the Whadjuk and Yued people are recognised as its Traditional Owners. Western grey kangaroos are common in the park, which also has a koala boardwalk, limestone caves and a network of walk trails.

Golf fees are set by the park, which is managed by the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions. A nine-hole round costs $11 and 18 holes cost $15, and regular players can buy a six-month pass for $95 or an annual pass for $175. Ground fees can be paid at the park entry station, at a machine beside the first tee, or booked online before you go. Standard Yanchep National Park entry fees apply on top of the golf fee, and dogs and other pets are not allowed in the park.

Facilities at the course are simple: wheelchair-accessible toilets are provided. Food and drink are available nearby at the Chocolate Drops Kiosk and the Yanchep Inn, and the McNess House visitor centre, open daily, sells park passes and rounds of golf. Enquiries go to the park office on (08) 9303 7759.
