About the course

Kyogle Golf Club is at 102 Summerland Way, Kyogle, in the Northern Rivers hinterland of New South Wales. The club describes Kyogle as the gateway to the rainforest and itself as sitting at the heart of Summerland, and Golf NSW notes the town is less than an hour and a half from Byron Bay, Ballina and the Gold Coast.

The course has nine holes with 18 tees and plays to par 70 for men and 72 for women, with each nine rated par 35 for men and 36 for women. From the white tees it measures 5,563 metres, with a scratch rating of 69 and a slope of 113; from the red tees it is 5,317 metres, rated 72 with a slope of 117. The fairways are tree-lined, and lagoons, sand and out of bounds are also in play.

Social golf is available seven days a week, and club competitions run from Wednesday to Sunday. Social rounds are requested through an online form on the club's Golf NSW page, choosing a start time between 7am and 8.30am in ten-minute intervals, and the club then contacts the player to confirm availability. Green fees are not published online; the club can be reached on (02) 6632 1130 or at kyoglegc@bigpond.com.au. The club hosted a Northern Rivers district junior open day in June 2025.

The clubhouse is spacious and modern, with an open-plan layout and views over the course towards the Border Ranges. Its bistro serves low-priced meals, and the building is used for business and private functions, from large events to small gatherings.
