About the course

Macksville Country Club is at 206 Wallace Street, a few minutes from the Macksville town centre in the Nambucca Valley and an easy drive from Coffs Harbour along the freeway. The club combines golf with bowls, a driving range, gaming and dining.

The 18-hole course has tree-lined fairways through country with native birds and wildlife, along with water features, bunkers and undulating greens. Par and course length are not published online. The club also has a driving range, open during club hours, with the last balls sold before 5:30pm and the range closing at 6pm.

Visitors are welcome in the weekly competitions. A midweek 18-hole individual stableford runs from Sunday to Friday and can be played on more than one day, the Saturday competition format changes through the year, and the ladies play on Tuesdays. Social golfers should call the club to check tee time availability, and green fees are paid at the Vendi Golf payment point on the way to the first tee. Green fees are not published online. The 2026 calendar included the club championships in September and the Macksville Open, and junior golf is also run.

The Fairways Bistro serves dinner from Wednesday to Friday from 6pm and on Saturday from 5:30pm, with bookings advised on (02) 6568 1400. The club also has a barefoot bowls green and function facilities.
