About the course

The Loyal Bellingen Golf Club is at 1172 Waterfall Way at the entrance to Bellingen, beside the Bellinger River. After a short break, the club is open again seven days a week following extensive renovations to the clubhouse and improvements to the course.

The course is a 10-hole layout that follows the river. Played as 18 holes with alternate tees, the course is a par 70 for both men and women.

Everyone is welcome to play. The course is open from 7:30am to 5pm daily, and rounds can be booked online or by phone. Visitors pay $35 for 18 holes and $25 for nine, juniors pay $10, and cart hire is $45 for 18 holes and $35 for nine. A weekly members' competition is held on Saturday mornings from 9am, with a $25 entry. Several membership levels are offered, from junior to premium, with pro-rata pricing for people joining part-way through the year. The pro shop opens from 8am Tuesday to Sunday, with tap-to-pay facilities on Mondays.

The renovated clubhouse has a bar and a kitchen serving lunch from noon to 3pm and dinner from 5pm to 8pm, Tuesday to Sunday, and table bookings are taken by phone. Free live music runs every Sunday afternoon from 3pm, and the club also hosts ticketed concerts by touring bands.
