About the course
Yarrawonga Mulwala Golf Club Resort is at 1 Golf Club Road, Mulwala, on the New South Wales side of the Murray River opposite Yarrawonga. It is a member of the Golf on the Murray group and offers villas, apartments and suites alongside the courses.
The club has 45 holes designed by Peter Thomson and Mike Wolveridge. The Murray Course, par 72 and 6,123 metres from the blue tees, runs through century-old river red gums and bushland with sloping fairways and well-bunkered greens. The Lake Course, par 72 and 5,965 metres, has wider fairways, more forgiving rough, lakes and larger, undulating greens. The nine-hole Executive Course plays to par 33 and suits beginners. The club reports national rankings of 46th for the Murray and 66th for the Lake.
Visitors are welcome and rounds are booked by phone. From 1 July 2026 visitor green fees are $80 for 18 holes, $115 for a full day and $42 for nine. Motorised carts cost $65 for 18 holes and $35 for nine, electric buggies $25 and push buggies $5. The club suggests quieter times, including Monday, Friday and Sunday all day and Saturday from 1pm, and a calendar of tournaments is open to visitors. A golf code of conduct was published in June 2026.
Practice facilities include a driving range, short-game area and putting green. The pro shop, run by PGA professionals, has a club fitting centre with TrackMan, and there is an indoor golf lounge with simulators. The clubhouse has a bar, bistro and 60-seat cinema, and the resort adds a pool, tennis, croquet and bowls.
