About the course
Boorhaman Golf Club is a volunteer-run community club on Boorhaman Road at Boorhaman, about 20 minutes from Wangaratta, Rutherglen and Yarrawonga in north-east Victoria.
The golf course is a nine-hole composite layout set in quiet farming country, with a nine-hole FootGolf course laid out within it.
Casual golf costs $10 per round for adults (16 and over) and $5 for children aged 5 to 15, while under 5s play free; the same rates apply to FootGolf. Bookings are made through the casual golf form on the club's website, and playing times can also be arranged by phoning the club. The club lists its hours as 8am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday. Social memberships start at $50 a year, and an affiliate membership at $100 a year gives entry to club competitions.
Facilities include a driving range, a clubhouse, tennis courts and a children's playground. Short-stay camping is available on the course for $20 per night per vehicle, with showers and toilets; camping is booked through the Boorhaman Hotel.
