About the course
Longreach Golf Club is on the Cramsie Muttaburra Road, north of the Longreach town centre in central western Queensland. The club is run by volunteers and serves as a community hub for the town.
The course is laid out through bushland, with natural fairways and sand greens rather than turf. The number of holes and the par are not published online.
Longreach hosted the Outback Queensland Masters, the travelling amateur golf series, in 2019 and 2021.
Visitors are invited to join the club's social competitions and to stay for a drink at the clubhouse afterwards. The clubhouse has a bar, and food and refreshments are listed among its facilities.
