About the course
Murray Bridge Golf Club is at 1 Ritter Street, with easy access off the main Adelaide Road into Murray Bridge. The 18-hole, par 68 course measures 5,041 metres over gently undulating, tree-lined ground, with sand and water hazards and an automated sprinkler system that keeps it green through the year.
- 5th: a 366-metre par 4 with a fence and water hazard down the left from the landing area to the green.
- 6th: a 183-metre par 3 that requires a carry over water from the tee.
- 7th: a 352-metre par 4 crossed by a deep burn about 200 metres from the tee.
- 8th and 12th: the two par 5s, at 440 and 427 metres.
It is a public course, open seven days, and you do not need to be a member to play. From 1 January 2026 green fees are $45 for 18 holes and $35 for nine, with $45 on public and school holidays and $35 a head for groups of ten or more. Bookings are essential by phoning the pro shop on 8531 1388 or by email. Clubs, electric carts and pull buggies can be hired.
Competitions run every week, and visitors are welcome to join if they book: - Tuesday: women's competition, 8am to 3pm. - Wednesday: men's competition, 7.30am to 3pm. - Saturday: mixed competition, 7.30am to 1.30pm.
Practice facilities include a putting green outside the clubhouse, practice nets and a practice fairway to the left of the 10th tee, and bunker and chipping practice areas. The pro shop at the rear of the clubhouse stocks equipment, does club fitting and offers coaching with the club professional. The clubhouse has the Fairways Bistro with course views and online table bookings, covered terraces, a bar and gaming room, and function rooms for 12 to 150 guests.
