About the course

Condobolin Sports Club runs an 18-hole grass greens course about five minutes from the centre of Condobolin, in the Lachlan Shire. The course is part of the Lachlan Valley district and the club is a social hub for the town, with bowls, squash and croquet alongside the golf. Its clubhouse looks over two bowling greens and the 18th hole.

The course is relatively flat, with wide kikuyu fairways and small bent grass greens, and has no bunkers. It is a par 71 of 5,937 metres from the white tees, with a course rating of 70 and a slope of 114. From the red tees it measures 5,392 metres.

  • 4th and 5th: consecutive par 5s of 454 and 459 metres.
  • 14th: a 470-metre par 5.
  • 18th: a 460-metre par 5 finishing below the clubhouse.

Social golf is available every day. Competitions run four days a week: Tuesday and Thursday for veterans, a Wednesday medley and men's golf on Saturday. On watering days the course is closed from 6am to 11am, so check before heading out early. Green fees and booking details are not published online. Contact the club by phone or email.
