About the course

Culcairn Golf Club is a nine-hole course with sand greens at 103 Balfour Road in Culcairn, a Greater Hume Shire town about 35 minutes' drive from Albury and an hour from Wagga Wagga.

Played twice as 18 holes, the course measures 5,622 metres from the white tees and 4,967 metres from the red tees, with par 70 for men and women. Several holes use different tee positions on the second nine: the 5th is a 440-metre par 5, while the same hole played as the 13th stretches to 495 metres.

Social golf is available seven days a week and club competitions are played on Sundays. Green fees are not published online. The club has ties with the local public school: in August 2025 it was named as the students' local club during a Golf NSW Lunch Time Launch It event, and the school planned to take students onto the course in 2026.

Culcairn's railway heritage, including the Station House Museum and the 1891 Culcairn Hotel, is close by.
