About the course
Bethanga & District Golf Club is a sand greens course in the hills between Bethanga and Talgarno in northern Victoria. It sits at 576 Springdale Road, about 6 kilometres out of Bethanga and around 30 minutes from Albury and Wodonga, and the club suggests following the signs from town.
The course has nine holes, played twice for an 18-hole round. The club is a not-for-profit community club run by volunteers, and men, women and families are all welcome.
Visitors pay a green fee of $15 per person, which covers play for the whole day. For regular visitors, social memberships start at $75 a year, a handicap membership costs $165 a year, and junior memberships are available for under 15s. Memberships can be bought through the club's website.
The club runs an annual three-person ambrose charity day, played over 18 holes with a shotgun start, and publishes a yearly events calendar and daily handicap charts for men and women on its website. Enquiries go to the club by phone or email.
