About the course

Lismore Golf Club is on the Hamilton Highway on the western side of Lismore, a farming town in Corangamite Shire in Victoria's Western District. The course sits beside the town's painted water tower, Jimmi Buscombe's mural known as The Dancing Brolgas.

The course has nine holes with grass greens and tees. Played twice, it measures 5,730 metres and is par 72 for men, with a course rating of 68 and a slope rating of 130; women play it as a par 71 with a slope of 123. A lake sits within the course, with two fairways running around its edge, and pine trees line the western boundary.

The course is open all year and visitors are welcome. The weekly competition is on Saturdays, starting at 12pm. Green fees are not published by the club; phone (03) 5596 2267 to check fees and book.

The clubhouse has a bar and barbecue area, and the Fairway Coffee and Eatery operates from the club, overlooking the course. It opens from 6am to 4pm six days a week, closed on Tuesdays, with eat-in and takeaway food, and takes group bookings. There is car parking, including room for coaches, and a public toilet.
