About the course
Malvern Valley Public Golf Course is an 18-hole public course at 1 Golfers Drive in Malvern East, about 15 minutes from the Melbourne CBD and just off the Monash Freeway. It is home to several local clubs, including East Malvern, Scotchmans Creek, Malverndale Ladies and Malvern Park Ladies golf clubs. The course has been undergoing refurbishment works.
The course is open to the public from dawn to dusk, seven days a week. Under the schedule in force from 1 July 2026, weekday green fees are $40.60 for 18 holes and $30.50 for nine, or $37.20 and $26.50 when booked online. Weekend and public holiday rounds must be booked online, at $41.60 for 18 holes and $32.40 for nine. Seniors, pensioners, concession holders and juniors pay reduced weekday rates. Online booking is recommended, and players should check in at the pro shop 15 to 20 minutes before their tee time. Each player needs their own clubs and bag, and carts and clubs can be hired.
The pro shop carries equipment and apparel, and PGA professionals coach seven days a week.
