About the course
Hillview Public Golf Course is on Kalamunda Road in Maida Vale, about 20 minutes from the Perth CBD with easy access from Roe Highway. It has 27 holes and a grassed driving range, and is home to a long list of social golf clubs and groups that play there through the week.
Anyone can play. The pro shop opens at 5.30am every day from October to March and 6.30am from April to September. The first tee time is at sunrise, and the last are 1pm for 18 holes and 2.45pm for nine. Walk-ins are accepted, but phone bookings are preferred, and players should check in 20 minutes before their time. On winter weekdays, twilight golf starts at 3pm with no booking needed.
Weekday green fees are $34 for 18 holes and $24 for nine, with concession and student rates of $28 and $20 and junior rates of $22 and $12. Weekends and public holidays cost $40 and $30, with no concessions. Carts are booked on arrival and cost $42 for 18 holes and $33 for nine on weekdays; drivers must be 18 or over with a full licence. Hire sets cost $20 and pull buggies $5. Each player needs their own set of clubs, trainers or golf shoes must be worn, and singlets are not allowed, although women may wear collared sleeveless sports tops.
The driving range opens at 7am (10am on Tuesdays) and closes at 5pm, with buckets from $12. The sports bar serves snacks, barista coffee, lunch specials, beer and wine, and there is also a kiosk, a barbecue terrace and a function room for up to 120 people.

Weekends and public holidays: junior Year 10 and under $25 (18), $15 (9); Concession card holders weekdays $28 (18 holes), $20 (9); no concession rates on weekends and public holidays.
